Company Team Drivers
(W2 Positions)
Designed for professional drivers seeking stability, predictable income, and a structured team environment supporting high-security freight operations.
Compensation:
Base Weekly Salary: $1,750 – $2,500
- Per diem
- Typical schedule: 4–6 weeks on the road, 1 week off
Owner-Operator Teams
Built for experienced team operators who want to leverage their equipment within a high-security, specialized freight network, this opportunity is structured as a true business partnership – not employment. Owner-operator teams operate within Ramar’s disciplined, defense-grade system, supporting the movement of Arms, Ammunition & Explosives (AA&E), Department of Defense shipments, and other secure, high-value freight. Teams benefit from a clear revenue model, including a competitive percentage split, fuel surcharge (FSC) program, and accessorial compensation, all within a network designed for consistency, accountability, and long-term operational alignment.

- Per diem
- Typical schedule: 4–6 weeks on the road, 1 week off

Requirements For Team Drivers
- Class A CDL with HAZMAT endorsement
- Minimum 1 year CDL experience with HAZMAT
- Omnitracs and Skybitz systems (or ability to acquire)
- Able to obtain Secret Security Clearance (secure AA&E freight opportunities available)
- U.S. Citizen and fluent in English
- TWIC card within 90 days
